IT Service Support Analyst/IT Service Apprentice

Combitel is based in Rhos-on-Sea on the beautiful North Wales coast, and operates in an exciting and fast-moving technology sector, incorporating Mobile, Business Systems, Hosted Voice, and IT Network Services. Key Responsibilities Include:
Answering calls from business clients via telephone and email, logging and classification of faults, creation of support documentation, monitoring, resolving to close service tickets for both telecoms and IT based services. Support in client meetings to fact find, assist to prepare proposals for IT systems, VoIP Systems, data networks and connectivity. Telecoms and systems training will be available and to include VoIP set up, end-user training, and business communication skills.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant IT applications and technologies, with a working knowledge and experience with Microsoft and, ideally, Mac operating systems, working knowledge and experience in remote administrator tools, working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite. Troubleshoot printer issues and provide client updates as appropriate. Pleasant, empathetic and articulate communicator. Welsh speaker is preferred.
